• Businesses driven by strong brands and owned
intellectual property rights
• Market leading products, or a business which can
demonstrably show it has this potential and a
believable plan to achieve it
• Opportunity for broad media delivery including
the internet

• Information products - newsletters, syndicated
market research and data
• Directory or database activities
• Exhibitions, events and conferences

• Work-tools or other application services


3 Management Characteristc Types


• Established existing management team, or
