Stephen Broome - Professional Training & Events

Stephen Broome is Managing Director of the CLT Group of Companies.  After graduating in Law from London University in 1973, Stephen attained a Master of Education degree from Birmingham University.  He subsequently lectured in law in Liverpool and Birmingham for 14 years.   Stephen left the academic world to become a director of the Institute of Legal Executives tutorial services before joining the CLT Board in 1990.

Neil Smith - Professional Publishing & Information

Neil Smith is the Chief Operating Officer of the Publishing & Information divisions within Wilmington. Neil has worked in the media industry for 19 years. In 1997 he led an MBO of the Business Information division of Macmillan which was backed by Wilmington. In 1999 this business was combined with the other professional information divisions of Wilmington.  Neil has led the development of the business for the last 9 years. He has been a member of the Wilmington Executive Board since 2004. In 2005 Neil gained a Masters in Finance (with distinction) from London Business School.
